Unfortunately due to lack of payment on some storage units we are forced to occasionally auction off units to help recoup lost rent and to free up a unit that may be rented to someone else. Usually units are at least 3 months behind at the time of the sale with no attempt made at correcting the situation. All units that are scheduled for sale are contacted by certified mail to the last known address that we have on file, we also attempt to contact these individuals via phone to the last updated phone numbers and contact phone numbers that we have. This is why it is very important that all renters keep their contact information up to date with us that we may avoid these unpleasant circumstances.
